Explain to me why anyone should take me seriously based on that fact. I am not even done the first episode and I’m already flaying around the place. Did you know that Avery Brooks used to teach at Rutgers’ Mason Gross school and when he got this gig he did his final semester of lectures via video link, in costume, from the bridge of DS9? SERIOUSLY, WHAT THE HELL, SELF. DS9 - THE STAR TREK THAT IS MOST LIKE BATTLESTAR GALACTICA - BECAUSE IT IS A RONALD D MOORE JOINT. ALSO AVERY BROOKS PWNS ALL OF YOU. FOR ALL TIME. ALSO, PRETTY MUCH MY CHILDHOOD (explains. so. much.) (I am very tempted to continue my 2006 aborted attempt to rewatch all of DS9.  I’ve been doing this since Netflix finally started streaming it. It’s great.
